Spearheading the landscape change in food & beverage concepts, Cedele launched its first bakery-café in 1999, serving hearty soups with gluten-free options, salads and sandwiches, as well as further extending its bakery offers in central business districts.  In 2004, Cedele expanded its health-savvy line-up with its first casual all-day dining restaurant, extending its healthy food menu to include hot main dishes and desserts.
